Citation Entry Form

Introduction

Do you know of a new article that uses a research instrument (i.e., questionnaire)? Let us know about it by entering it below. This will only take a couple of minutes.

Before you start, however, please search our list to be sure the citation is not already there. Entering a significant word from the title will likely find it if it's already included.

Following our guidelines to focus on instruments that are technically acceptable , we are only requesting instruments if a reasonable attempt has been made to determine the reliability and validity of this instrument. If this is not clear or was not done, please contact us by e-mail to determine the suitability of posting the citation.

Once you have determined that this attempt was made for the instrument, click the button below to display the form to enter the survey.

We will review your citation before posting and hope that it will be available on our website within 48 hours of your submission. Note that we are asking for your address and e-mail to ensure, at least partially, that this is a genuine entry, and also so that we can contact you if we have any questions about the citation you have provided. We will not post any contact information you provide, nor will we knowingly share it with anyone else unless legally required. We will also delete the citation from our surveys database if you ask.

If you have an electronic copy of the instrument itself, we would also like to hear from you, and discuss if it is possible to post the full instrument on our web site (subject to copyright permissions).
